Client Brief

Mahagun is a real estate company with its presence in Delhi/NCR. We had to develop a communication strategy for its luxurious sub-segment, M Collection. With a consistent brand language and communication impact, the goal was to garner attention.


Showcasing luxury and royalty synonymous with the project but in a way that would grab people’s attention.


Advertisements in Real Estate are usually straightforward and similar to each other. We disrupted the space with a different style of communication. We added elements and message that were more towards pull communication.


OOH and Print advertisements grabbed eyeballs and Mahagun became the talk of the town. It grew its outreach and created a different niche for itself. It further saw an increase in its query calls and significant spike in lead generation.
