Client Brief
An emerging real estate developer in Delhi/NCR, the client wanted to showcase itself a pioneer in the “Digital Living” and introducing “Smart Homes”.
Idea
Position the brand as pioneer in digital housing space while mainly focusing on first time home buyers.
Execution
We devised a campaign on the lines of reverse psychology to create curiosity and generate lead. As Delhi/NCR is filled with real estate ads everywhere, our purpose was to stand out amongst the crowd.
Result
“Do Not Visit” campaign was showcased in OOH and print ads that created quite a buzz across the city. The sales visibly increased within few days after the ads were published. People were educated about “smart homes” and had positive responses for the new age homes.
