Client Brief

Standard Chartered wanted to develop communication around the more prevalent fraudulent activities to ensure that customers were aware and vigilant about them.

They wanted a detailed communication which would include – What went wrong, What should have raised a red flag, What are security measures.


As the email had to cover a lot of details and would hence be a long one, the challenge was to make it both compelling and easy-to-comprehend.


We created a comic-strip style storytelling format and showcased real-life case studies – detailing out the steps, yet making it a quick and interesting read.


This series of fraud awareness was much-appreciated by the client and well received by customers. As a result, the email series created for India business was perused by the Singapore headquarters for global usage.
