Client Brief

Create a special publication that celebrates the success of the Zila Swachh Bharat Prerak (ZSBP) Programme, a unique partnership between a philanthropic organisation and the Government of India. The book should document the programme and share the knowledge gained through the initiative.

Execution

Challenge:

From documenting and showcasing the success of the programme to engaging the stakeholders and serving as memorabilia for those who worked in the programme, the objectives of the book were many. Striking the right balance in the tone of the language was also critical given the philanthropic nature of Tata Trusts’ work.

Approach:

We had a clear brief on the range of topics to be covered in the book and we began by documenting each one of them.  We took a steady approach towards collecting information, interviewing the stakeholders, writing stories and ultimately condensing 2.5 years-worth of information in the book. The stories of achievement were shared through the voice of the young preraks who were on ground, helping to bring about a change.

Result

The book serves as a referral document for anyone who wishes to know about the programme and has been highly appreciated by all stakeholders.
