The fans of Spider-Man were left devastated when the Marvel Studio president Kevin Feige opted out of producing more films on the character, owing to disputes between the company that held rights to the character and Marvel's parent company over revenue-sharing from the previous films.

As a brand that delivers happiness via its products and communication efforts, it was a moment to assure our audience of the good things that remain irrespectively.


Join the ongoing online conversation around Spiderman's exit from MCU as a brand that has its audience as its consumers and leverage it to put the spotlight on of our one products.


  • We isolated a variety of our donut that bore a visual element close to one of our superhero's strong attributes i.e. a spider's web
  • We used elements of design to connect our donut with superhero's attribute and packaged it with a creative copy addressing the situation


  • The post touched an emotional note among our audience, which was largely comprised of MCU fans
  • Our audience responded to the underlying humour positively 
  • Over 19K+ people liked the post on Instagram alone
