Team Cashless India is a nationwide initiative by Mastercard in association with MS Dhoni to accelerate the acceptance and adoption of digital payments by Indian consumers and merchants. As part of its employee communication strategy, the Mastercard team creates campaigns to increase employee awareness and drive engagement.

  • To create communication demonstrating the value of the work employees do at Mastercard while encouraging them to contribute to the Team Cashless initiative

  • Communication should tie in with Independence day 2020 and address Mastercard’s contribution in tackling the Covid-19 issue


The Covid-19 outbreak has disrupted life as we know it. This has fundamentally changed consumer and seller behavior towards money and payment methods. These unprecedented times have necessitated a revolution- a digital revolution. It’s time to salute those at the forefront of the revolution, the #DigitalKrantikari.
