Create a campaign to help gain initial sales momentum in the hyper-competitive Chembur market.


A campaign thought led by a branded content film for Tridhaatu Realty shot with Saumya Tandon & Aasif Sheikh from 'Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hain' fame.

Shot in an unconventional format, this film is inspired by real-life situations which every Mumbaikar face in respect to his/her living spaces.


Shot with a unique special chroma stage & a simultaneous 4 camera setup to match the eye contact of each character with one another.


The project became an instant hit with a record number of walk-in inquiries.
