VK Jewels is India’s one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of gold casting jewellery with more than two and a half decades of experience under its belt. VK Jewels primarily manufactures lightweight, plain, wired and dancing jewelley. Elanzaa and Finestee are flagship brands of VK Jewels renowned for premium lightweight work wear jewellery. The client mandated us to build and expand presence of VK Jewels and its flagship brands on Facebook & Instagram. The company did not have any social media presence and we were required to work from the scratch – right from creating social media handles to building a brand community.

Idea

Our first step was to define objectives and learn about our target audience. As VK Jewels is a B2B jewellery brand, the content was to be created keeping retail jewellers in mind and not the end customers. We had to understand what mattered the most to retail jewellers; obviously jewellery design was important but service and craftsmanship also mattered equally. Hence our core objective was twofold – showcasing aesthetics of jewellery design and at the same time communicating to retail jewellers why they should associate with VK Jewels. We aligned other important goals such as brand positioning, image building, increasing consumer engagement & fan following etc. with the core objective.

Execution

It was challenging to create content that balanced both aesthetics and information, and we took this challenge head on. We defined visual identity and brand voice in order to maintain consistency across all communications. We helped the brand create awareness, strengthen its brand positioning, increase visibility and establish brand recall through various organic and paid campaigns. We analysed performance of our campaigns on regular basis and kept reconciling our content strategy to corresponding to the response. We created content on vast array of facets, right from creativity and craftsmanship poured into jewellery manufacturing to expertise and service promised by the team.

Result

A combination of effective strategy, right communication and appealing design paved the way to reach to the most relevant target audience. In a short span of under 2 years, we have managed to amass 8.5K plus followers and 7.9K plus page likes. We also helped the client to acquire new business and establish new connections through Facebook Messenger marketing. Our content further helped the client to raise voice over the din of clutter and establish a distinct personality of VK Jewels, bringing the brand into spotlight.
