To extend the Nycil brand into the sanitizer category and develop packaging in break-neck speed to launch for urgent market requirements.
Being a line extension of Nycil (a brand with an established product and visual equity in the consumer’s mind space) the design strategy was clear; we draw on the current visual architecture of the “prickly heat powder” to establish instant recognition, trust and acceptance for the new product while still achieving a distinct identity.
Team EBD had proposed multiple design options for the pack label to the Nycil brand team. After some intensive internal deliberations, very specific feedback & request for improvisations on the presented designs was received.
A few tweaks and enhancements later, the design was locked & handed over to Encept Premedia – our artwork
Artworks for the two variants – 1 SKU each, were prepared, and approvals initiated across client stakeholders. Legal,
technical and brand approvals on fully print-ready artworks were in place and files released to print!
