For a company like Nippon Paint that produces colourful & vibrant products, their website is like the digital face of a company, which should possess the same qualities as the company itself. Hence, we were briefed with a complete website redesign along with the refreshed visual identity that reflects the company. Along with that, changes were suggested in the improvement of user engagement and retention.
Capitalizing on the brief, by keeping the user in mind we decided to make the website colorful and playful. And for doing that, brand’s mascot ‘Blobby’ were used throughout, which could bring out the bubbly energy.
Our approach was very simple. We wanted to make the website colourful and playful with the leverage of using blobbies. We designed the layout keeping the user in the mind. Also, we increased users' experience by developing a responsive website. So, we articulated the website catering to fulfil the brand's propositions, including users' stay-on the website for 5 minutes on an average, user-friendly utilities, brand affinity, generate leads, paint features, and increase ProStore projects. As a result of achieving the brand propositions, the website. was accorded as "The Best Website Design - 2018". The website also features the key differentiators to consumers, giving them better reasons to choose against other competitors.

The final revamped design had a huge impact in increased website traffic and engagement. User’s spending in the website increased to an average time of 3-5 mins.
