Dalmia Cement was a lesser known company in the category, on a path to growth. Expansions, mergers and acquisitions brought in people from different work cultures. The task was to unite these people under one banner as a team, and to bring out in front of the world the true stature of a strong brand, that Dalmia Cement is today.

Idea

When hearts meet, no distance, no difficulty, no barrier is big enough to stop good things from taking shape.

Execution

Synergies between the product i.e. cement, its role as the central element in building and supporting infra, with that of a united workforce with singular focus translated to strong-positive product delivery.

Result

Dalmia Cement became a recognized brand across markets where it communicated, and hitherto was at best a minor player. The biggest gain, besides a strong impact on sales, was the change in 'brand perception' - to that of a large National Brand.
