Idea

Blending exotic, Indian flavours of royal heritage with a slice of contemporary cool.

Creambell, one of the leading ice-cream brands in India, wanted the modern consumer to take a fresh look at its popular range of exotic Indian flavours. Bear in mind, this was a range of ice-creams which was given to adding a new flavour almost every year.

We started by giving these flavours of royalty a modern-day makeover. A simplified design architecture also gave the brand the flexibility to keep adding more flavours to its range seamlessly.

The regality of the ice-cream flavours was highlighted by magnifying small ingredients and using deep Indian colours. The design also incorporated elements like Indian style illustrations and traditional silverware. Combined with top angle photography, it became a simplified, modern representation of a royal affair.
