Puravankara wanted to build interest in its premium apartment project ahead of the official launch. The business wanted to generate high-quality leads from potential buyers, which could be followed up by the sales team. They wanted to reduce the cost of generating relevant leads per site visit and sell more apartments.

Puravankara needed to find an engaging way to bring its property to life for a discerning target audience. So Mediaqart did a holistic digital marketing campaign using Facebook & Instagram lead ads. The concept was to offer a feel of the homes. The ads invited people to visit Purvanakara’s website and watch the virtual tour, exploring different aspects of the apartment.

We wanted to use Mediaqart’s automation technology to the maximum effect. We used our platform’s algorithms to run ads among affluent audiences in selected pin-codes. The interested audience were directed to the landing page where they could take part in an immersive virtual property tour.
 

After reaching a large and engaged audience with our automated lead generation ads, the organic postings complemented our paid advertising efforts. It helped maintain the branding consistency and in driving awareness for the project. We frequently added lead forms in our posts to gather leads of interested people. After submitting a lead form, they were contacted by the Puravankara sales team to discuss their requirements in more detail and book them a site visit.
