Client Brief

Jivraj 9 is a renowned tea brand popular in the state of Gujarat. The client came to us with a problem that the current brand packaging doesn’t give away a feeling of premiumness and above all, there’s no indication of what the product is on the package. The client’s brief was to make the packaging look rich, popular, attractive and above all, should convey the product at first glance to the customers.

Idea

Earlier, the packaging of Jivraj 9 had a lot of stark colors on it, making the packaging appear a little cheap and unattractive to the new generation. Our idea was to make use of the brand colors but not make them look stark or gaudy. Subtlety blended with premiumness in look was what we proposed.

Execution

The logo was first made prominent by increasing its size and putting it in a golden frame. The distribution of colors Green, Blue, and Red was made even and subtle by keeping darker shades that exuberate premiumness. The visual of tea leaves and a cup of tea was kept on the face of the pack to generate instant product awareness, solving one of the major problems that came with their previous packaging

Result

The new package looked fit and fab on the shelves and the new identity was well-received by both, the client and the customers alike.
