Client Brief

Asian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) is a 425 bedded Super speciality tertiary care hospital that is truly futuristic in its services and technology and brings together some of India's most talented medical professionals. The Asian hospital provides preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative, palliative, and support services under one roof and is designed to meet the new millennium's patient care and research requirements.

Execution

Our primary attempt was to expand the social media potential and treat the space as a time-saving and meaningful platform to exchange comprehensively on health issues and treatment options.
In an age dictated by Google, the irreparable damage to social media misuse, especially in healthcare, was addressed through live webinars where India's best surgeons and medical professionals would come on screen live to discuss health matters. This approach was departmentalised with unique Hashtags like #HeartHealth #Cancer #RareDiseases etc. In addition, campaigns were also woven around important medical days to raise awareness about several pressing health issues. 

We adopted an innovative social strategy that not only focused on educating the online audience but invited active participation and engagement from them. To steer clear of vague health & wellness-related discussion, we categorised posts under tags – #MythVsFact, #KnowYourTest #HealthWatch related to symptoms, #ExpertAdvice related to special consultation from residential and on-call doctors at ASIAN. 
Visually we also wanted to propel the brand with better creative concepts to create a distinctive signature different from competitors.

Result

1.    Page engagement increased by 34.1%
2.    Started generating leads from social media
3.    Doctor's webinars boosted the social media credibility of ASIAN
