Anjali joined The Information Company as COO in 2000 and took over as CMD in April 2019. Under her leadership, the company has become the go-to content and design agency for India’s biggest corporate groups. The five-women management team that she heads is successfully navigating through the challenges of the current pandemic and delivering effective solutions to clients.
A veteran journalist before she joined TIC, Anjali was resident editor of The Sunday Observer and executive editor of Gentleman magazine. She is also a founding member of the Network of Women in Media, an organization of women journalists with chapters all over India.
Shama started her career with TIC and acquired an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow. She is driving the company’s thrust forward, devising strategies for growth, improving processes and mentoring the team. Her expertise spans all areas of the company’s business including consultancy, design, content and technology. In the 17 years she has been in the company she has built enduring relationships with some of the biggest and best companies in India, including the Aditya Birla Group, Grasim, Hindalco and the Tata Trusts.
Shubha is a communication strategist with two decades of wide-ranging experience in consulting top-notch corporate brands across industries and verticals. She plays a key role in shaping everything content, creative and digital in the brand and corporate communications space. In her 15 years with TIC, she has been one of the main architects in both, building enduring relationships with key clients such as the Tata, Godrej and Mahindra groups, and in devising strategies for organisational growth. Before joining TIC, Shubha was with JK Ansell and managed all of the Raymond Group’s online communication.
