Chandrashekhar (Shekhar) Badve

Founder Director

Shekhar is in the pursuit of reducing Entropy- the level of chaos and complexity at systemic, organizational, brand, and individual levels. Understanding how design drives systemic results has been his passion since graduating from the National Institute of Design. A recipient of the prestigious Rado Fellowship and the Opus Design Award, he brings more than 17 years of diverse experience in Strategic Design, Innovation, and Design Research. He currently leads design strategy and operations at Lokusdesign- one of India's leading strategic design consulting companies. He is also a juror at the prestigious India Design Mark; a member of CII’s National Committee on Design and CII’s Committee on Design Interventions in Smart City; and a member of Board of Studies at the MIT Institute of Design.
