Ayan Dutta is the Head of Operations at Blue Buzz in India. His role here is to lead key client mandates which includes creating customised business strategy & tracking business performance against plan for clients. It also includes identifying relevant market segments for business potential and create business growth for Blue Buzz. He would be responsible for key client strategies and engagement, quality and process control as well as team mentoring.
Ayan is a communication professional with over 17+ years’ experience working in some of the top PR firms in corporate, consumer, technology & lifestyle PR, spanning across business functions with excellent contacts across diverse print & electronic media (management & correspondents).

Front lining the growth story of lifestyle brands, Neha is a harbinger of nouveau mechanisms and brings a strategic, thoughtful approach to her campaigns.
An alumnus of Sophia College, Mumbai, Neha started her professional career with an advertising firm, before finding her true calling with PR. Acquiring hands on experience with boutique firms and MSL India at the onset of her career, she realised her true passion lay in creating brand stories and amplifying them with a combination of mediums that are best suited to drive home the storyline. The desire to actualise her experimental, out-of-the-box ideas, led her to founding Blue Buzz, a boutique agency that takes a holistic approach toward achieving the brand narrative. That’s why she believes that she’s a Brand curator by choice and an Entrepreneur by destiny.
Donning many hats as she leads the different verticals across the agency, she strives to build a company culture that nurtures a potent coupling of creative ideas and strategic thinking. Delving upon the learnings she has had over her career of more than a decade, she strives to keep away industry practices which don’t bode well for her agency life. She believes that evolution and learning is a constant process, and essential one for growth. Nishant Shah is a Digital Marketing Enthusiast with over 11+ years of experience globally. Graduated from Mumbai University with Specialisation in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, he completed his Masters in Digital Marketing from IIM – Raipur.
Over the last decade he has been crafting in-house digital marketing strategies that incorporate all major interactive marketing channels (Search, Social, Display, Video, Native) while leveraging the power of site-side analytics and advanced audience segmentation that deliver quantitative & qualitative success.
He has helped companies in re-engineering marketing and business strategies which resulted in new sustainable operating models, coherent diversification and service/ sales excellence online. Drove business transformation of crosschannel marketing to increase the customer perception and trust.

Armed with over 8 years of branding and marketing experience across varied sectors, he has worked with some of the leading brands such as Hersheys India, Godrej, Marico, Mind Wars, Bzinga, India’s Pro Music League, VIP Industries, Kellogs India, Monsanto, Loreal, Essel Crop Care, Bunge India, Fullerton India, JCB, Axis Bank, to name a few.
Holding a master’s degree in International Marketing & Branding from the Roehampton University of London, Puneet operates on the vision of heling brands build strong identities to thrive and advance in the ever-changing market.
