The terms User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are often used interchangeably. Few of us know that the meanings of the terms are different from one another. Also, a UX designer and a UI designer are slightly different from one another. UI Design and UX Design are like the lifeline of a brand website.
UX design is the overall complete feel of the product experience. On the other hand, UI design is how a product interface appears and functions. When put in terms of a web designer or a developer, the success of a product begins with UX, followed by UI. Both UI and UX work hand in hand to bring out a successful result.
A UX designer will find out the pain points of users and bring products which will solve the problem. They carry out extensive user research to find the target users and understand their needs concerning a certain product. They will then map the journey of the user across the product and create a wireframe, which is kind of a blueprint for the product.
When the wireframe is created, the job of a UI designer begins. The UI designer concentrates on the visual aspects of the user’s journey, including the touch points and individual screens which the user will face – like scrolling a page, tapping a button, browsing through an image gallery, and so on. Along with working on the product appearance, the UI designer has to focus on the inclusivity and accessibility of the product too.
Here, we have listed some of the best and recent UI and UX work which helped brand websites give a seamless customer experience to their visitors and hassle free navigation.
