Phoenix Marketcity Bangalore is the largest shopping & entertainment destination offering visitors an array of unforgettable experiences in an area spread across 1.4 million square feet. The mall has revolutionized the customer shopping experience to become the best shopping mall not just in Bangalore but across South India.

- To create maximum awareness about the mall’s grand Christmas campaign – “World of Christmas”.

- To increase awareness with the help of all Digital touchpoints that will drive footfalls to the mall.

- To promote their Events, Offers, Other Activities inside the mall.

Execution

- We took a 360-degree approach where we made use of our Social Media channels, Website, and Google Display Network marketing.

- We also collaborated with Influencers from Bangalore to help widen the reach of the campaign.

- A lot of on-ground customer images were shared on our Social Pages to encourage more people to visit the mall and experience the Christmas festival.

- Uniformity was maintained across all the channels and a clear CTA was added to each post asking our audience to visit the mall and experience the Christmas festival along with getting a chance to look at the Tallest Christmas Tree of India.

- Various online contests were conducted to create awareness and keep the audience engaged.

Result

- Organic reach increased by 20% as compared to the previous month.

- Organic engagement increased by 122% as compared to the previous month.
