Client Brief

BACKGROUND

Infiniti Jewels started in 1982 as a diamond trading company and the next generation ensured they evolve with retail stores in Singapore. While the quality of the diamonds and jewellery has made them achieve great client base the Infiniti Jewels never attempted to create a brand which projects and resonates with the audience.

 

CHALLENGE

To create a unique brand positioning along with setting up the E-Commerce channels to increase the footfalls at the store through digital channels

Idea

Customized Jewellery for Special Occassions. The USP of the brand is to give customized experiences for the special occassion. We levarged on the same to create awareness and generate traffic. The campaign was thoughtfully creafter with the right targetting after an intense research on the right keywords, demographics and interests of the teh target audience.

Execution

The Social Media strategy consists of creating the right communication to project the Infiniti Jewels as a premium, luxury jewellery brand. The ideas was to leverage Instagram as the primary platform and themes based communication led by photography that matches the projection was executed. 

Google was the primary platform the generate intend based searches on Enagement Rings from the Local and International market. The campaign was divided into awareness and ROI led phases.

Result

A spike of over 70% in webtraffic leading to an additional conversion of 100,000 USD per month.
