Client Brief


Fishlee is a unique fish based QSR breaking the domination of Chicken in the category. Till now if we consumers had to enjoy sea food fine dine or local joints were the only two options and a quick , hygienic western format which serves sea food was missing. Fishlee was a concept which filled this gap with its all Fish based Menu starting from Rs 149/- 

CHALLENGES 

While the offering was unique Quick Service Restaurant is a cluttered category. With big players dominating the advertising dollars it 
was a task to break the clutter and get a share from the established QSR brand.

 

THE BRIEF

Creating a young vibrant brand and launch the brand.

Idea

A tactical campaign called #1YearFreeFries was launched to get a spike in the store coupled with Store visit campaigns to ensure that the consumers in and around the store contribute to the foot fall. On ground old school discount coupon distribution ensured the firs trials and once the consumers spread the work and experienced the Fish Burgers, Fish and Chips , Fish Triangles there was no looking back!

Execution

The first step was to create an upbeat young and fresh brand to get closer to the consumers which would want to relate to. With its identity brand, color palette the brand was brought to existence. The logo was aimed to bring forward two important aspects - Specialization in Sea Food and its in The QSR Format. The same design language was carried for the other corporate collaterals. The packaging was created with an intention to engage with the consumer and establish a recall of a young international brand. The launch strategy was simple yet effective where delivery channels like Zomato and Swiggy were not a part in the initial months and via digital marketing and Influencer Marketing large scale awareness was created.

 

Result

Over 3300+ Customers in the first month with an average APC of INR 300/- with an upward month on month trend.
