Client Brief

BACKGROUND

1-OAK Realcon is an FDI Funded Real Estate Company. With its launch in India 1-OAK was focused on positioning itself as a Premium Boutique real estate firm and launch its maiden project in India. 1-OAK had an ambition plan of launching a premium project with a unique concept of nature inspired living as their first project.

CHALLENGES

Real Estate as a category is built on track record and trust. For a new player gaining trust amongst consumers and channel partners have been a challenge in the

category. With digital being the primary medium with tactical Print and OOH campaigns the task was to not only establish 1-OAK Realcon as a trust worth brand but

also achieve sales target of 75Cr+ in the first year.

Execution

THE CAMPAIGN

1-OAK Realcon was launched with a digital led brand campaign which leveraged its global presence and projects to introduce it to the consumers and channel partner network. On FB + Instagram there were website click, geo targeted awareness campaigns a first phase to introduce the brand was achieved which has set the tone for launching the first project. AD Street created the the go to market strategy along with marketing collaterals such as Project Coffee Table Book, Project Brochure, Sales Kit. The project was positioned around nature inspired living and named ATMOS with the relevant branding. The project was positioned around more than what you would expect which will enables to #LiveMore. The Teaser phase was initiated with Social Media Ads, Pre Roll and Google Ads followed by a launch Print + OOH campaign. With the launch a pipe line of leads were created with FB lead generation campaign, Google Search Ads coupled with GDN. During the sustenance phase tactical campaigns on social media along with content highlighting the features and benefits of the projects ensured the brand visibility and lead in flow.
