Client Brief

BACKGROUND

Adani Shantigram a 600 acre integrated and most modern township of Gujarat. A life which is grand and never limited by the mundane; a life full of possibilities to stop living small and start living large. Enjoy tranquillity amidst a placid lake, delight in a beautiful musical fountain and engage the sportsperson within, the at international standard size cricket and football fields. The township comprised of apartments starting from 20 Lakhs to 20 Crore. Through a multimedia approach the task was to create awareness and create pipeline for constant flow of leads.

Challenges:- Creating large scale awareness of different clusters in the township. Generating large scale lead volumes to achieve the sales targets

Execution

THE CAMPAIGN

Awareness - There were large scale awareness created through leveraging the ADANI brand value. The TG was spread across Ahmedabad and other major parts of Gujrat and international market which would be interested in investing in Ahmedabad. Social Media helped create universal awareness along with engagement with potential customers. Content marketing and GDN and Google Search campaigns was used to widen the reach.

Pipeline Creation - Different tactical campaigns with strategic offers based on each cluster/project and the kind of TG considering the price band was run on social media and Google Search campaign. News feed and lead generation campaign was used to generate significantly higher number of leads. Remarketing coupled with Emailer, SMS campaign helped in creating urgency towards site visits and booking
