About the company

Launched in 2000, Paper tree is a collective where each individual brings their unique strengths. We have people with great Design and Art working skills and above all a wealth of experience in navigating printing and its related processes. We have had the opportunity of working on several product categories with ITC and have consistently delivered as per their exacting standards. While Gold Flake Neo is our most recent work, our experience with tobacco products over the last 20 years makes us de-facto experts in the category, both, within India as well the Middle-Eastern GCC markets. Our experience beyond tobacco is a list that spans across several FMCG categories. We have had the opportunity of rebranding Savlon; when it was first acquired by ITC Personal care. We recently designed the 'Savlon Surface Disinfectant' can, which is one of the highest selling disinfectants in the country. The Fiama Bath Essentials range, is a classic example of large brand work from a small team sitting in Kolkata. We also helped launch ENGAGE ON 'Pocket Perfumes', designed identity and packaging for Farmland potatoes and dehydrated onions. Some of the other ITC brands we have created work for include Shower to Shower, Vivel, Superia, Charmis, Nimyle (Floor Cleaner), Classmate (Geometry boxes and pens), Mangaldeep (incense sticks) among others. Among non-ITC brands, we have worked on Darjeeling Tea brands such as Ambootia, Goodricke, Chamong, Steinthal, and Brahma Tea. Tata Steel, Stark Ridge Paper, Paw Path (Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory), Tribeca Care (Elderly Health care), Tollygunge Club Ltd., The Kolkata Festival, Gaatha (Ethnic Wear), and Zilch Cosmetics. No mention of our work is complete without SASHA, a not-for-profit (Fair Trade Organisation) and a client close to our heart. SASHA works with artisans pan-India, in an attempt to revive the ancient crafts. They also export Indian handicraft, organic spices and beauty products to the USA and Europe. Our team benefits from the age-old combination of youth and experience. We are fiercely proud of being an independent boutique and are constantly looking for that next big challenge.
