A cluttered loan landscape with everyone pitching the same old home dream.

A category saturated with nearly 30 housing fi nance companies. As a business, we were completely new to the category. This is the market we had to enter.

The Piramal Group was entering the Housing Finance space and needed to position the business vertical and create communication for the same.

Idea

A loan was not just a transaction. A customer was not just a case file.

Piramal would emphasise on the relationship with the customer being the focal point of their lending business.

We helped narrate an interesting story around Piramal Housing Finance and extended that to individual loan products in keeping with the brands larger narrative.
