Nucleus wanted to increase brand awareness, as well as, enhance brand visibility through series of unique activation experiences throughout the month of December and January, celebrating Winter around one of the most popular festive days, Christmas and New Year.
CHRISTMAS TREE:
Amongst multiple small activities, the essence of celebration is led by the ambient we design around the end consumer. Workplace being an integral part of our busy lives, demands a visual delight to pep-up the spirit of employees working for the valuable clients of the brands in the business hubs.
RANDOM OF KINDNESS:
It is not just a pledge, it is not just a thought. It is an idea to touch thousand lives and make the real change. We can build a balanced and a healthy society only when we share the privileges we have been blessed with and bring the right spirit to be Kind. Christmas and New Year is just not “the season of gifting”, it is beyond. It is a celebration which brings people together and share joy.
CHRISTMAS TREE:
Across 6 Business parks in 3 cities, we designed and executed several visual experiences, such as, a huge Christmas Tree (24ft height) with every possible Christmas elements like Santa Claus, Deers, Sledge, Ice mountains, Ice Man etc.
ONE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE:
Hosted by Nucleus Office & Parks at ONE BKC garnered an exceptional response. The tournament saw the participation of 15 tenants’ teams from ONE BKC. This sporting extravaganza was conceptualized and executed by 4 AM Worldwide’s Experiential Marketing Team. Creative e-mailers, countdown mailers and revealers created hype about the tournament. A team specially formed by 4 AM undertook the work of accepting registrations and slot allocations for the tournament. The 1-day event drew attention from all brands that are headquartered in the ONE BKC Towers and raised the level of excitement amongst the teams.
RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS:
Going back to the basics of human needs, in the first stage, we crafted an activation idea where the TG could donate clothes, which was later distributed amongst 2 NGOs - Little sisters of the poor-home for the aged and Cheshire Homes India
The idea was very well received, and there was a donation of approximately 1500+ clothes.
With the engagement ratio of this activity, the client wanted to extend the idea further. Education and knowledge being a pillar that paves the road towards a better mind. But unfortunately, when we invest into a book, once read, it is lesser number of attempt to either read the book again or preserve it well. This time the act of Kindness was about generously share books in the installed wardrobe where anybody can pull out a book to read or donate and pass it on.
With a very short execution time, the 4AM team managed to bag appreciation from not only the brand but also from the attendees at the event venue.
