An academician, consultant, researcher, and now COO at 4AM, Meenakshi works with a team of design, tech and creative professionals to help craft effective marketing strategies for clients across multiple categories. Rigour in strategy, efficiency in operations and happiness in everything are what define all that this lady with an infectious smile does.

Anand focuses on driving creative excellence at the firm. An Electronics Engineering graduate from Mumbai University, he chose to pursue his creative calling and was lured by the world of advertising and design. He pushes for the little details in every story since he believes that makes the difference between a good creative and a memorable one - irrespective of whether it's a film, a print ad, a website or even a visiting card. He continues to challenge the team and our clients with his belief that there are no boring projects, there are only boringly executed ones.
