Client Brief

3MD approaced QS World Merit with a pitch for a website that promotes the notion of good Samaritans helping their communities by building trust and credibility at the same time.


The idea was to design a user-friendly UX-based website that facilitates information sharing and understanding its services and features. To build an impactful website that makes users feel confident about their profiles and opportunities, thus developing a sense of credibility and reliability when submitting personal data. We took a minialistic approach to the website design, with a simple, accessible and intuitive interface. The core idea was to make it easy for users to finish activities such as submitting, uploading and understanding the goals of the site in just a few taps, while applying minimum cognitive load


The UX/UI experts at 3MD executed a brand strategy of increasiing awareness, engagement & credibility in terms of user experience. That helped to kick-start the process.


Working closely with the QS World Merit team was an estimable experience. We have enhanced ourselves in understanding the broad spectrum of design, thinking about the limitations and asking the right questions. Throughout the entire website experience, we designed it all in such a way that they felt the sense of togetherness as soon as the user lands on the site. Our designs were evaluated internally with proven practices to determine their effectiveness in terms of credibility and usability. We added value by curation intuitive experience, faster ways to explore opportunities and build impact that give a sense of completeness on a global charity platform.
